Payment Method 

Credit Card

  • For cardholders outside of Taiwan, please complete your payment through PayPal.

ATM transfer

  • A one-time payment account will be created based on the selected bank, and your order will be processed as soon as the payment is complete. (You can also process your payment using EC Pay, as shown in the options.)

If you require other payment methods beyond the listed options, feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.

Please also note that we process all orders in TWD.  If your cart content is displayed in chosen USD, the checkout will still be in TWD based on the current exchange rate.

After your payment is complete, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Additionally, another email will be sent once the parcel has been sent from our store.

Shipping Method

  • Door-to-door delivery
If no one picks up the parcel when it is delivered, it will be held at the local office if the parcel is sent thru postage or EMS service.
An additional storage fee may be charged by DHL if the parcel is sent through their service.
Please note that we will cover the parcel insurance from Taiwan to your overseas mailing address, but the potential import tax is your responsibility.
